Graviton will use the space as its new research and office headquarters. The asking rent was $125 per square foot. Elevate president Matthew Weir said, “We are excited to announce the opening of New York City’s premier lab building and we are thrilled to welcome Graviton Bioscience as our first tenant partner. This combination of milestones has created great momentum for the project and the New York life sciences market as a whole.”The Helix is a former automobile ramp repurposed as a series of collaborative work spaces.
