Delvin Wilson, 56, of Newark, was captured on surveillance video pouring motor oil on the exterior wall of the woman’s bedroom before he tried to ignite a fire with a lighter, theWilson and his wife lived separately in Newark. Before trying to torch the building on 15th Avenue in Newark at about 3:20 a.m. on Oct 13, 2021, Wilson left a voice mail on his wife’s cell phone telling her what he had planned.
