SAN FRANCISCO — Mac McClung scored 17 points in 16 minutes, Paris Bass added 15 points and six rebounds, andopened the California Classic with a 100-66 victory over the Miami Heat on Saturday at the Chase Center.
Max Christie, the Lakers’ second-round draft pick out of Michigan State, had five points and nine rebounds in 23 minutes. Christie shot 2 for 11 from the field .
