Interstate 80 is now closed to eastbound traffic from Colfax to the California-Nevada border, California Highway Patrol Truckee . Westbound traffic on I-80 is currently being turned back at Truckee, as well as the California-Nevada stateline. "Low visibility & multiple crashes" have contributed to the closure, Caltrans said."Sierra travel not advised."There is no estimated time of reopening.
