A homicide investigation is underway after a man was killed in a drive-by shooting at a bus stop nearA witness had called 911 just before midnight on Dec. 1 after they reportedly saw someone in a passenger car opening fire while driving past the stop.
When police arrived, they found a 34-year-old man who had been shot. He eventually died from his injuries at the hospital.Anyone with information is asked to contact Phoenix PD or Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS.
