Astros manager Dusty Baker returned to Houston on Monday afternoon but will not manage the club during the beginning of its series with the Texas Rangers.prior to Thursday’s game against the Guardians. He spent the entire weekend isolated in a Cleveland hotel room and did not travel back to Houston with the team after Sunday’s game.Baker said he hopes to be back managing the team “before the weekend,” but did not offer any more specific timetable.
Baker said he presumed his allergies were bothering him and went to team doctors for some medication. They made him take a COVID-19 test, which was positive.More Astros News
