The FAA has revoked the private pilot certificate of a YouTube influencer pilot after determining that he crashed his plane on purpose for a video.

That's what the Federal Aviation Administration is saying about YouTube influencer Trevor Jacob, whom they have determined crashed his plane on purpose for a video. As a result, the FAA has revoked Jacob's private pilot certificate.

"Your egregious and intentional actions on these dates indicate that you presently lack the degree of care, judgment and responsibility required of a certificate holder."
