Youth around the world want to StopWillow | Youth Views
. Rather than focusing on resources for the United States, we need to pay more attention to keeping our environment clean and reduce dangerous greenhouse gasses.
Ever since that conversation, I have focused on the importance of combating the pressing issue of climate change. In fact, youth all around the country have spoken out about protecting the environment. Now, we are raising the alarm about the Willow Project. Youth have been able to push more people to join the movement to take down the Willow Project. We need to work together to keep our planet away from this deceptive, harmful project that can play a large toll on the already worsening climate change.
The next time I visit the beautiful state of Alaska, I want to see large glaciers — not a tiny lump of ice surrounded by a vast ocean.
