Jorge Alfaro #38 of the San Diego Padres celebrates with a plastic goose after defeating the Los Angeles Dodgers 5-3 in game four of the National League Division Series on Oct. 15. Two Cowboys touched an Eagle receiver with both hands above the waist. He’s down according to touch football rules.
