Berkeley resident Sarah Burchfield was on the flight and told SFGATE that she saw the man who irritated Tyson before the flight at a bar near the gate appearing loud and quarrelsome.When Burchfield passed Tyson, who was seated in the first class section of the plane, she immediately recognized the celebrity.
“I’m like, ‘Oh my god, Mike Tyson is on this flight!’ He said hi and I kept walking,” she said. “The belligerent guy was sitting right behind him and I saw they were interacting.” Burchfield said she soon heard a commotion in first class. “Obviously it has to be from Mike Tyson … because it’s Mike Tyson. I don’t recall it being acknowledged by the flight attendants. It happened, we all looked and gawked, then moved on.”
