A woman was caught on camera jumping over the counter at a Burger King fast-food restaurant on September 13, 2022, in New York City in an attempt to steal cash, as several customers watched., the woman can be seen placing an order at the counter. She then appears to take cash out of her bag to pay, but shortly after the employee opens the register, the woman is seen lunging over the counter.
As the video continued, the employee is seen attempting to stop the woman by holding her hands back. Moments later, a second employee rushes over and grabs the woman from behind as the altercation continues. A third employee is seen rushing over and the three pull the woman off the counter and carry her toward the kitchen. The video then cuts to another clip where the woman can be seen climbing back over the counter and walking out of the store.spokesperson, after a"physical struggle between the female and the employees ensued," the employees were able to retrieve the cash the woman had taken.
