Mildreth Santamaria-Tirado, 40, of Corona, N.Y., faces theft by deception allegations after she was arrested after she showed up at the would-be victim’s home to collect the $15,000 in supposed bail money, Hamilton police said. The victim was able to secure $15,000, and he called back the faux FBI employee, who said he would be sending someone to pick up the money, according to police.
