A 28-year-old Cinnaminson woman was found shot to death in a Palmyra parking lot Monday evening, authorities said.
Police discovered the dead body of Alicia Stilley on the ground near her vehicle in the parking lot of a self-service car wash in the first block of Filmore Street in Palmyra, according to a joint statement from Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina and Palmyra Police Chief Meghan Campbell. Officers were initially dispatched to the “Hot Wet & Wax” establishment for a report of an unconscious female who was bleeding around 10:45 p.m.
