Bexar County Judge Wolff asks Gov. Abbott to call special session on gun violence
at Robb Elementary School last month, and in Sutherland Springs, where 26 people were killed at a church in 2017.
He said state lawmakers should raise the age to purchase semi-automatic firearms to 21 from 18, and require a background check on all gun sales.
