With coach Ime Udoka in place, Rockets turn to team-building armed with $60 million in cap space
New coach Ime Udoka and GM Rafael Stone have been entrusted by Rockets owner Tilman Fertitta to shepherd the team through the next stage of its rebuild after three seasons in NBA purgatory., and if things would go as the team desired, to provide a transfusion of hope after three seasons spent scraping the bottom of the NBA standings.
