“We don’t now Flannery O’Connor, we didn’t know her and what she was really like, but she shared with us her dreams, and they’re beautiful dreams in these short stories that she wrote. You can study these dreams and you can see her in the Jim Crow South, you start to see her in the soil she grew in. So different things start to appear that are very complex and interesting if you let it evolve.
