This townhouse, at 333 E. 51st St., has appeared in multiple episodes of “Law & Order” and “SVU” — and is looking for a new generation of owners.

A 19th-century townhouse in the Turtle Bay neighborhood of Manhattan has been a perennial favorite shooting location with the producers of the hit television franchise “Law & Order” since 1994 — when the show was still in its early days.

“The ‘Law & Order’ producers were walking by the house randomly and knocked on the door to inquire about shooting,” Reynolds told The Post. The property last appeared on “Law & Order” this past March, in Season 22, on the episode titled “Bias.”
