ABC News is reporting that one of the people identified but not named in Trump's classified files indictment is a familiar name in Jacksonville and Florida politics.
Raised in New Jersey, Wiles is the daughter of the late NFL player and sportscasterWiles moved to Jacksonville with her husband, political operative Lanny Wiles, but they divorced in 2017. She has two daughters, Katie and Caroline. She currently lives in Ponte Vedra Beach.Wiles' long career in Republican campaigns and for elected officials has led her to become a top power player in Florida politics., a former teammate of her father's on the New York Giants.
Over the next few years, she worked with Secretary of Labor Raymond J. Donovan, served as deputy director of operations for Dan Quayle's vice-presidential campaign, and worked as a district director for U.S. Rep. Tillie K. Fowler before joining the staff of Jacksonville mayor John Delaney, where she worked from 1995 to 1999. She returned to the mayor's office in 2004, working as chief of communications for Mayor John Peyton for four years.
