Watch: Viral TikTok captures moment of panic at State Fair of Texas amid shooting scare
Many expressed confusion at what happened at the fair Friday and some shared their experiences with the chaos that occurred.
"Y’all I was there at the mouse place and me and my cousins were crying and running," one TikTok user wrote. "We were sitting close to the gate and all these people came running," another commented."Having no idea what was going on we got up and ran to hide behind a building." Dallas Police Department officers responded at about 8:50 p.m. Friday after receiving information about a shooting at Fair Park. It was found that no shots were fired and there were no reports of any gunshot injuries, according to preliminary information provided by police. Police did not add what may have led to the commotion.
