Warriors To Host Grizzlies On Christmas Day - RealGM Wiretap
The Golden State Warriors and Memphis Grizzlies are preliminarily scheduled to meet on Christmas Day in San Francisco. This is part of the schedule draft the NBA is building for the 2022-23 season.
The Warriors and Grizzlies met in the 2022 Western Conference Semifinals. Golden State defeated Memphis 4-2 to move to the Western Conference Finals. This is the second reported Christmas Day matchup. The first was the Dallas Mavericks being scheduled to host the Los Angeles Lakers. Warriors-Grizzlies and Mavericks-Lakers are two of what will likely be five matchups on the holiday.
The Warriors are also reportedly going to open the season by hosting the Lakers on Tuesday, October 18.
