Upper Allen Township police said they have received multiple reports of bear sightings “in the area of the 900 black of Gettysburg Pike.”
They said that there have been no reports of the bear being hostile or aggressive, but residents of are asked to move their trash containers and bird feeders inside to avoid attracting the bear.Township police say they are working with the State Game Commission to resolve the issue, and anyone with concerns should call 9-11 or 717-238-9676.
