By Neena Hagen, Pittsburgh Post-Gazette announced plans on Thursday to build an expansive new heart institute in Lawrenceville.
The proposal calls for a $62 million three-story 50,000-square-foot facility that will sit on top of the hospital’s existing parking garage along 45th Street, increasing the height of the structure to 80 feet.
