President Biden appeared to rule out delivering F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine on Monday. But the country's defense minister says he's optimistic that allies will eventually supply them.

"For the Leopard tanks, for example, [training] normally could be half a year. But I hope that we will do it during one month or probably two months," he says adds.
