Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Sunday said Washington was not seeking regime change in Moscow, a statement which follows President Joe Biden’s speech in Warsaw where he condemned Putin and said “this man cannot remain in power.”... [+]Speaking at a news conference in Jerusalem, Blinken echoed an early White House statement that the president was trying to say that Putin cannot be “empowered to wage war” in Ukraine or anywhere else.
