Reports; Two shot and wounded Saturday night on the Lincoln University campus
Two people were shot and wounded late Saturday night during an event at Lincoln University, and the school’s residence halls were locked down temporarily, said Marc R. Partee, the head of campus security.
He said the wounded — identified only as “females” who aren’t Lincoln students — were taken to Christiana Hospital, where they were listed in stable condition. He added that no suspects were in custody. “We have a description of two individuals with white T-shirts, and that’s all we have,” he said.By early Sunday, the lock-down had been lifted.
