Officers say that one had a controlled substance while the other was drunk when the Civic-on-Civic violence occurred car auto cars

The silver Civic ended up with a badly damaged wheel, a completely flat tire, and a lot of front-end damage. The blue Civic featured similar albeit slightly less damage. When Deputy R.T. Phillippsen arrived on the scene, he found both drivers to be under the influence. The younger driver was driving on a suspended license and with a controlled substance in the car. He was held on a $3,500 bond. The older driver did a field sobriety test and was then arrested for her second DUI offense in the last 5-10 years. She was held on a $2,500 bond. Authorities say that neither sustained serious injuries.
