Twisted makes its first car that isn't a Land Rover Defender - what else could it be?
. Now there’s one more thing that’ll be common to Defender and Jimny: they’re both going to be the subject of Twisted variants.
For the first time in 21 years, Twisted is going to build a car that isn’t a Land Rover Defender. And you can't fault the firm for spying the potential . There isn’t much information on the project available yet - we're very much in teaser territory - we can expect the sort of chassis, engine and design upgrades that have come to characterise Twisted Defenders.
Fawcett added: “The Suzuki Jimny feels like a natural addition to the Twisted stable and will appeal to anti-ordinary people of all ages that want to inject fun into their day-to-day driving. We’re raring to work on what we’ve nicknamed the ‘Little Twisted’.” Additional information on specification is due later in 2023, though don’t hang around if you fancy one - apparently there are only limited build slots.
