Troy was No. 24 in the final College Football Playoff rankings released later Sunday. The Trojans have not been in ranked in any of the three major polls since 2016. Troy will find out later Sunday where it is headed for a bowl game. The Trojans are expected to receive a bid to the Cure Bowl Dec. 16 in Orlando, Fla., possibly to face Conference USA champion UT-San Antonio.
