during the Jan. 6, 2021 riot have a trial date set for June in federal court in Washington, D.C., attorneys in the case say.
The date is mainly procedural to move the case forward, and does not prevent plea negotiations or other resolutions from occurring before June, Khater attorney Joseph Tacopina said.
