ANAHEIM — Trevor Zegras tied the Ducks’ rookie record for points in a season, Troy Terry had two goals and an assist and Derek Grant had a goal and two assists, helping goaltender John Gibson end a 13-game winless streak with a 6-4 victory Sunday over the Columbus Blue Jackets.
Zegras and Cam Fowler scored early in the third period to give the Ducks a 5-3 lead. Cole Sillinger cut the Ducks’ lead to 5-4 with a goal at 7:22 of the third. Fowler also had an assist to set a career high with 41 points this season. His old mark of 40 points was set in 2010-11.The Ducks built a 3-1 lead by the end of the first period, with Terry scoring twice and narrowly missing on a couple of other scoring chances.
