Tim Allen was filmed flashing his “Home Improvement” co-star Patricia Richardson in a newly resurfaced clip.
In the blooper scene, Allen, who played Richardson’s husband on the ABC sitcom, is dressed in a kilt as the actress says, “Hangs long.
