Three people were found dead around 2 a.m. Wednesday inside a home on Balfoure Circle in Dublin in what police suspect was a murder-suicide shooting.

Dublin officers found three adults who were dead in the home, two men and one woman. Officers were still working Wednesday afternoon to notify their next of kin and couldn't yet release their identities, said Rebecca Myers, a spokesperson. There were no obvious signs of anyone forcing their way into the house and police believe the deaths are the result of a murder-suicide. There is not believed to be any ongoing threat to public safety, police said.
