John Cho and Katherine Waterston have signed on for the leading roles in the upcoming horror movie titled They Listen.

, which hails from Sony Pictures and Blumhouse. This marks Cho’s latest project with Sony after working with them on the acclaimed mystery thriller Searching, which was about a father searching for his missing teenage daughter. Further details about the plot and characters are still being kept under wraps. Production is currently underway in Los Angeles. The film is scheduled to arrive in theaters on August 25, 2023.is being written and directed by Chris Weitz, who co-wrote the Academy Award-nominated film. The film is produced by Weitz, Jason Blum, and Andrew Miano, with Bea Sequeira, Dan Balgoyen, Britta Rowings, and Paul Davis serving as executive producers.
