The Golden Gate Bridge is singing in the wind. It’s kind of obnoxious, say neighbors.
San Francisco's Golden Gate Bridge came alive this weekend, thanks in large part to the atmospheric river that brought plenty of rain and heavy winds to the Bay Area.

While developers anticipated a late 2022 finish, much of the project hinges on how quickly materials can be manufactured.
San Francisco can expect a 90% chance of rain on Thursday. Wind speeds will be 6 to 10 miles per hour, with gusts up to 19 miles per hour.
