Hundreds of thousands of Texans remained without power as utility crews worked to fix power lines and poles downed or iced over by storms this week.
More than 400,000 customers had no power Thursday morning, with most of the outages concentrated in central and northern Texas communities, according to tracking site PowerOutage.us.
