Christian Rogers, 19, allegedly shot and killed 21-year-old Deion L. Dembert, who was found dead Friday night near a vehicle outside Mobile’s Park West Apartments, police said.Officers responded to Springhill Medical Center in reference to a 19-year-old male victim arriving to the hospital by personal vehicle and shot multiple times.That’s where they found Dembert dead from a gunshot wound on the ground near a vehicle in the complex’s parking lot.
