Takeoff’s life is being celebrated in the exact Houston location where he was shot and killed.
Fans are flocking there to pay their respects by leaving lit candles. They've also removed petals from flowers and placed them on the ground in a line to symbolize Takeoff resting in peace.
Let It Slide -- a nonprofit anti-violence organization -- traveled from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, to the memorial site to spread their message ... stopping the bloodshed and choosing peace.Takeoff was killed early on November 1 after he and Quavo had been partying at the bowling alley. The argument started after a game of dice, and ended when a gunman -- who is still at large -- opened fire.
