A man, 43 barricaded himself in a home in the 5100 block of Stevenson Street during the evening of Sept. 5. When officers arrived at the home, a woman emerged with dried blood on her and a gunshot wound to her shoulder.
RICHMOND HEIGHTS, Ohio – A man, 43 barricaded himself in a home in the 5100 block of Stevenson Street during the evening of Sept. 5.
Officers set up a perimeter around the home and the SPAN crisis negotiation team responded and conducted negotiations with the man which proved unsuccessful.
