Thanks to Stephan, Brian and everyone else who messaged us around 3pm: “Hey, looks like this SUV hit the blue car, went through the glass barrier and crashed into the lower level of the building.“Oof it got worse, the tow truck’s cable snapped trying to pull it out.”
