Maryland police were serving a search warrant for a gas station homicide they allegedly found the body of a woman decomposing in the suspect's apartment.
Prosecutors are charging 31-year-old Torrey Moore with two additional murder charges for the homicide of a pregnant woman and her unborn child, Montgomery County States Attorney John McCarthy confirmed Monday. FOX 5 DC reports.
Responding officers found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. He was identified as Ayalew Wondimu, 61, an employee of the gas station pronounced dead at the scene. Scene of the gas station shooting that left an employee dead in Silver Spring, Maryland on Dec. 8, 2022. 31-year-old Torrey Moore of Silver Spring, Maryland was charged with a homicide that occurred on Thursday, Dec. 8, 2022.
