Former Dallas Mayor Tom Leppert and Ukrainian journalist Ruslan Kukharshek toured Dallas in hopes of bringing attention to the ongoing plight of the people of Ukraine.

Immediately after the war began, Johnson and the Dallas City Council unanimously passed a resolution supporting Ukraine and condemning the Russian attack.
