The SupermanAndLois Season 2 finale has been delayed by one week, and will now air on Tuesday, June 28.
The CW has delayed the Superman & Lois season 2 finale, with the final episode now set to air a week later. One of the biggest Arrowverse shows since its premiere is Superman & Lois, following Tyler Hoechlin and Bitsie Tulloch as Clark Kent and Lois Lane, respectively. Reprising their roles from Supergirl, the show centers on Lois and Clark dealing with their respective jobs while also tackling parenthood.
As there has been a lot happening in Superman & Lois season 2, there have been several unusual breaks. At this point, Superman & Lois has suffered multiple hiatuses after airing only a handful of episodes. According to Superman & Lois star Tulloch, the interruptions have been related to COVID-19 issues within production.
The CW didn't specify what the cause was for the latest re-scheduling, but this does change the remaining batch of episodes' run. Superman & Lois, which is currently on another break, will resume season 2 on Tuesday, May 31, with episode 12, titled"Lies that Bind." Superman & Lois season 2, episode 13, will then air on Tuesday, June 7. followed by Superman & Lois season 2 episode 14 on Tuesday, June 14.
Not much is known about the final episodes for Superman & Lois season 2, as there have only been a few details released thus far. Showrunner and executive producer Todd Helbing has confirmed that the end of Superman & Lois season 2 will finally tackle the unanswered questions of why Supergirl and other Arrowverse characters haven't been referenced since the series began. The show will also deal with the crossover mysteries as well.
