Warnings about high winds, potential fire danger and power outages have been issued as the Santa Anas return to SoCal this week.The Santa Ana winds are returning to Southern California this week and warnings are being issued about increased fire danger.
A fire weather watch has also been issued for Ventura County and much of western and northern Los Angeles County, especially mountain communities, from Wednesday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
