The Education Department is considering broader debt relief for former students of the defunct Dream Center Education Holdings, which ran Argosy University, South University and The Art Institutes
to process tens of thousands filed by former students of for-profit colleges. Still, thousands of claims, some dating back several years, continue to languish at the Education Department.
