This act killed many military personnel and civilians. It also prevented anyone from leaving the planet, effectively dooming all of the city’s civilians to be destroyed by the Terrormorphs.
However, the actual events prove Victis’ past is much darker than the official record dictates. Contrary to the UC report, Victis was kept alive and imprisoned deep in the substructures of MAST headquarters. UC officials at the time decided that Victis was too valuable a military mind to waste, so they spared him and relied on him for consultation in certain matters.Little did the UC know, more had transpired on Londinion than Victis had admitted.
