The spring break shooting death of a 17-year-old Birmingham student has been ruled justifiable.
A teen was fund shot to death Sunday, March 26, 2023, in a southwest Birmingham apartment complex.
They found Witt unresponsive in the back parking lot of the complex. He was pronounced dead on the scene. Those areas are all less than a mile away from where Caleb was found dead, which is the 200 block of Third Avenue S.W. “We had a plan so we could get him back on track and that’s what we were working on when he died,’’ she said.
