Southbound lanes of Baltimore-Washington Parkway in Maryland are closed
Commercial trucks are prohibited on the parkway, and the driver will face citations, according to Sgt. Thomas Twiname, a spokesman for the U.S. Park Police.The highway was closed near MD 201, and drivers were advised to avoid the area, as some backups remained.
