CityStreet Residential completed the rebranding and renovation of Jetstream RV Resort – Pearland. The property was formerly known as Advanced RV Resort.leased 9,282 square feet in the Shops at Katy Reserve, at FM 1463 and Spring Green Boulevard, in Katy from NewQuest Properties. Lara Lee LaMendola and Kevin Sims of NewQuest Properties represented the landlord. Cory Darden of Mohr Partners represented the tenant.
Lightbridge Academy has signed a 10-year lease in the Shops at Katy Reserve, a development of NewQuest Properties at FM 1465 and Spring Boulevard in Katy., a restaurant that started as a food truck in 2017 and operated a pop-up in collaboration with now-closed Throughgood Coffee in Shady Acres, announced plans to open a brick-and-mortar location in The Commons on Pinemont in August.

The location is operated by franchisee Pizza with a Purpose.leased 2,298 square feet at 400 N. Sam Houston Parkway East. Alexander Houston represented the landlord, Silver Star Properties REIT.
