A small plane clipped an 18-wheeler before making an emergency landing on a highway in Houston Sunday afternoon, according to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.

However, no serious injuries to the pilot or the 18-wheeler driver were reported.The FAA issued a statement to KPRC, saying the agency and the National Transportation Safety Board will investigate.single-engine Beech M35 reported engine problems and made an emergency landing on Highway 99 near Tomball, Texaslocal time Sunday, Jan. 22. The aircraft clipped a trailer, hit a concrete barrier and caught fire after landing.
