An antique store owner with a celebrity clientele in San Fransisco was caught on camera spraying a homeless woman with a water hose on Monday morning, according to reports.. The antique store owner has been identified as Collier Gwin and in the video, he’s shown spraying a water hose on the woman while demanding she moved.
“I’m very, very sorry, I’m not going to defend myself, I’m not going to, because I can’t defend that,” he added.
